  So I called to pre order the nes mini one of the worker told me the computer was down then I called another game stop his computer wasn't down then I drove 15 mins to the other store sold out at that time it was wasn't sold out, jus a reminder the first store I called was literally a min away I could've went there while the computer was down and waited I wasn't sure if he did that so he can sell it amongst friends but it got me angry but I told myself to be calm it's only a game it's the fact that he could've told me the computer will be back up you should come by and wait called back again sold out smh

  My son and I came into the Westford store hoping to buy Pokken Tournament for his WiiU system. We had no idea that it was such a popular item and that the game was sold out other than to people who had pre-ordered. Apparently there were two pre-order copies left in the store at the time of our visit and none of them were ours simply because we didn't pre-order. The second that Craig realized that Pokken Tournament was the game my son wanted, without hesitation, a big smile appeared on his face and he reached up to the pre-order shelf and took one of the two games down and gave it to my son. I asked, a little confused because we didn't pre-order, "Isn't that someone else's game because you guys are sold out?". Again, with a big, sincere grin on his face Craig said "Yeah. That's my pre-order but you guys can have it because I don't have the money to buy it right now anyways. Enjoy it!" I was absolutely floored but his kind gesture and my son felt so lucky to have gotten a copy. Craig's actions were, without a doubt, the nicest thing that has happened to us in ANY retail situation. You could tell that Craig simply felt good about doing something great for a fellow gamer. He took a situation that could have been very disappointing for my son and instead turned it into a positive and memorable moment. His act was kind, selfless and really awesome. And we deeply, deeply appreciate what he did for us. Thank you again Craig! You're the best! :)
